Ingredients:
- 2 # Ground Pork
- 2 TBSP Original Pig Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 4 oz Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Full Pieces Cual Fat (Optional)
Directions:
- Whisk Eggs, Pig Salt together
- Mix Pork, Egg mixture, and Panko
- Form 2 oz Balls
- Cut 3" X 2" Pieces of Cual Fat
- Wrap Meatballs in Cual Fat
- Cook Meatballs @ 375 degrees until 165 degree
