The creation of Portland based chef, Sommelier, and pioneer of the pork palate Joe White, Pig Salt gives the home chef the tools necessary to get the most out of Pork. Joe found his passion for food in the backyard BBQs of family and friends growing up in the agriculturally fertile Wenatchee Valley. Joe took his passion for food to Arizona, where he earned his Culinary Arts degree and sommelier certification. He is now an Executive Chef in Portland, Oregon. |
